cbajj is a trusted online gaming and betting platform for Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the cbajj website, mobile version, and all related services.

3.1 One Person, One Account

Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts, using shared devices among family members to access multiple accounts, or gaining benefits through another person's account is prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be suspended.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. cbajj reserves the right to cancel any account opened with false or misleading information and to forfeit any funds held in it.

3.3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your login credentials, password, and other identity-related information confidential. Do not allow anyone else to use your account. cbajj will not be liable for unauthorized access — however, if you notify our support team promptly, we will take the necessary steps.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. cbajj also reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or other reasons.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cbajj currently supports transactions through three mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad and Rocket (Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service). Please note that it is advisable for the mobile number used at account registration and the payment method number to be the same.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. In special circumstances (identity verification or security review), additional time may be required.

4.4 Third-Party Transactions Prohibited

Deposits and withdrawals on your account may only be made from a mobile wallet registered in your own name. Transactions using another person's account or name are strictly prohibited. If this condition is violated, the transaction may be cancelled and the associated account suspended.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

cbajj is committed to preventing money laundering and fraud. cbajj may request additional verification documents to investigate suspicious transactions and reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities where applicable.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000. A deposit of ৳22,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 for a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagers must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses apply to account holders only; each account receives the welcome bonus once.
• Attempting to claim bonuses by opening multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash — they become withdrawable only after the required wagering is completed.
• cbajj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• In any bonus-related dispute, cbajj's decision is final.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

cbajj uses SSL encryption and recognised security technology to ensure fairness in every game. Game outcomes are determined impartially through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Operating games through software, bots, or automated methods.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing bonuses or accepting bonuses solely for the purpose of withdrawal.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical malfunction on the platform.

If any of the above activities are detected, cbajj reserves the right to void associated winnings and permanently close the account.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted due to a technical error or server outage, cbajj will endeavour to refund the wager for that round or offer the opportunity to replay, however no winning claims will be accepted for incomplete rounds.

7.1 Betting Markets

cbajj offers markets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. Each market has specific rules that must be checked before placing a bet. The rules stated in the market description are final.

7.2 Cancelled Bets

If a match is cancelled, postponed, or not completed within the specified time, the associated bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

7.3 Odds Changes

cbajj reserves the right to change odds at any time. The odds of bets already accepted will not change; only odds on future bets will be updated.

cbajj has five VIP tiers for regular players:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Progression to higher tiers is possible through regular and active play. cbajj reserves the right to change the details of VIP benefits and tier conditions. Cashback is provided as a bonus and wagering requirements may apply.
